Transformation of the Jessop Wing 

Around 8000 babies are born each year at the Jessop Wing and for most parents, this is a joyful occasion and a time to celebrate, but sadly some families have to deal with the devastating heartbreak of losing a child.

At such an emotionally challenging time, bereaved parents desperately need their own privacy and the option to be together in a warm, comfortable and calming space.

With your support and donations, we have been able to create and transform the bereavement suite, making it an area where families can spend time in serene surroundings
