Great North Run

Lace up your trainers and join over 60,000 other runners for the world’s biggest and best half marathon. Running from the heart of Newcastle to the picturesque South Shields coastline. The Great North Run is a challenge for your list that needs to be crossed off in 2024. 

Registration for 2023 is now closed. But we hope to secure some charity places for the Great North Run in 2024 and we’d love to have you on our team!

The Charity team will be right by your side, supporting you every step of the way with your fundraising, helping you make a difference to the lives of patients at Sheffield's hospitals, and the staff who care for them, so that everyone in the community can get the care they deserve.
