Sheffield Hospitals Charity boost Diamond Celebrations Throughout 2023, Sheffield Hospitals Charity will be hosting a series of commemorative events making the milestone 75th Anniversary of the NHS and the incredible staff at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. As part of the celebrations, the charity set the challenge for seventy-five runners to become their 'Diamond Supporters' for the Sheffield Half Marathon on 26th March. Each runner receives a limited-edition Diamond running shirt. Sheffield Hospitals Charity is delighted to have secured a boost to their efforts, partnering with convenience store retailer, One Stop Stores Ltd who will feature on all Diamond Supporter shirts. Jack Taylor, Community and Partnerships Manager for One Stop said “We're honoured to sponsor Sheffield Hospitals Charity and the amazing individuals, taking on a whole range of active challenges this year. It's wonderful to be able to support and raise vital funds for such an outstanding cause, particularly during this milestone year for the NHS. We wish them all the best of luck with their challenges and look forward to seeing them all in action.” Freya Kingswood, Head of Community and Events Fundraising for Sheffield Hospitals Charity said “We are eternall grateful to Jack and the One Stop Stores team for supporting our Diamon runners, who will help make a huge difference to patients, their families and staff across Sheffield Teaching Hospitals in this milestone year.
