Failure to do so is considered theft. This event is organised by a third party provider who is responsible for organising the event and event logistics By signing up to this event, you agree that we will pass your details onto the third party provider in order for them to process your registration for the race As part of the registration process, you will be sent a portal activation link by the third party provider. It is your responsibility to activate your place, which will enable you to receive your runner number and take part in the race. If you do not activate your place, you will not be able to take part in the race and Sheffield Hospitals Charity accept no responsibility for this. We will not offer refunds for those who are unable to take part in the race due to not activating their registration.
