Corporate support

Building a partnership with Sheffield Hospitals Charity is a wonderful opportunity not only to make a significant difference to the care offered to people treated at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals but also to show the public the sort of company you are while bringing your employees together.

We believe that a partnership with Sheffield Hospitals Charity should be a beneficial collaboration between Us and You.

We'll work closely with you to understand your corporate objectives and how we can help you achieve them. Whether that is staff engagement, attracting talent, PR and brand building, reaching new customers, one-off event delivery or aligning your company's social and environmental activities with your business purpose and values.

Why partner with us?

Becoming a corporate partner of Sheffield Hospital Charity offers a pretty unique opportunity to engage customers and staff and at the same time help our local hospitals deliver the best possible care to patients and their families. We value the incredible work of our local NHS staff and you can help support their efforts and show appreciation for all they do.

Who Cares Wins

Customers and candidates are more discerning and demanding than ever. People care about who they buy from and who they work for. There is a growing expectation that businesses make a positive impact wherever they can. We can help you make a positive impact. We'll get to know you and will develop a mutually beneficial partnership that will make a huge difference to the care of patients, families and staff across Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

Doing good is good for business! Show people you care.

Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving is a fantastic employee benefit and a great way for your people to support a charity they're passionate about and makes a difference to them. Sheffield Teaching Hospitals are woven into the fabric of our local community and giving back is easy.

Payroll Giving is simple to set up, providing a hassle-free way for your employees to make a regular donation to Sheffield Hospital Charity. Employees choose an amount to donate that they feel comfortable with from their monthly wage (before tax) making this a tax-free donation.

This can be managed through your payroll system and you have the option to match your employee's donations.

Get in touch with us, we'll help you set everything up and help you promote Payroll Giving to your staff.

Charity of The Year

Selecting a Charity of the Year is a big decision! At Sheffield Hospitals Charity we work with our corporate partners to establish if we're a strategic fit for your organisation, suggest fresh ideas to engage your employees and understand shared objectives.

We want our partners and their employees to understand the difference their fundraising efforts can make and the impact they can have on the lives of NHS staff, patients and their families.

We work with companies big and small who are passionate about giving back. We also work with societies and clubs that want to contribute to a truly worthwhile cause supporting their local NHS.

A Charity of the Year can last one or more years and allows us to create a special, meaningful partnership.

Some employers put their Charity of the Year to a staff vote; others select their official charity partner on behalf of the organisation. Get in touch with us to hear more, we'd love to build a relationship with you.

Fundraise for us

Team fundraising brings your employees together. Team building is an important part of staff well-being and development and doing something fun and worthwhile can make your team feel great, and feel part of something amazing!

We've got loads of ideas that we can share and you can also visit our events page to see our latest events that your team could get involved in.

Sell Something for Us

Depending on what your business does you could create a product or service and donate the proceeds to Sheffield Hospitals Charity. Don't feel like you need to donate all of your proceeds to get involved! A small percentage can still make a huge impact.

You don't need to create something new - you may want to donate a percentage of your current product sales or services to us.

Products and services that directly benefit a charity tend to sell more often and at a higher price as customers are more willing to engage and buy from brands and organisations that give back to a worthwhile cause.

You can use our logo and showcase to your customers how you are giving back and making a real impact across Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

Hold an Event for Us

Do you have an annual event that you think Sheffield Hospitals Charity could benefit from? We love hearing from partners who want to use one of their corporate events as a charity fundraiser.

We can help advise on and support the delivery of your event, or even create something bespoke for you. Everything from a Gala Ball to Golf Days.

If you want to get involved with the charity get in touch with our Head of Corporate Partnerships and Major Giving, Sam Earnshaw - [email protected]
